
A.I.T. : Athletic Interval Training— this circuit training workout uses step, plyometrics, & athletic conditioning drills, which specifically isolate & define the muscles of every body part. Athletic interval is designed to help you get the cardiovascular workout that you need, as well as the building benefits of resistance training. Beginners can easily modify!
Triple Play : Maximize your workout with 3 different types of training—aerobic, anaerobic spikes and weight conditioning— all in one 60 minute class! Aerobic segments vary to include step, mini-tramps, & track work to keep the class fresh and stimulating.
Chiseled! :Weight training & resistance work are a must to lose fat and burn calories. This full-body conditioning class uses a wide arrangement of equipment & weight bearing exercises to build muscle & increase metabolism. Designed for all fitness levels.
Just Step : A high-energy step class with basic to intermediate choreography designed to increase your cardio levels. Core work rounds out the class.
Step & Strength : A combination of step & strength conditioning using a wide variety of equipment for an effective, action-packed workout! Monday’s class is basic to intermediate.
*Powerbox : A pre-paid six-week small group class. Train like tomorrow is fight night! Learn kicks, punches, elbows & knees along with excellent cardio conditioning. Special emphasis is placed on form & technique while striking various targets. Your muscles will be challenged & your spirit empowered! Advanced registration, gloves & wraps are required. A great cardio workout without a lot of impact! Riders burn calories using an assortment of cycling techniques such as hill climbing and sprinting to simulate various terrains. Beginners can modify easily! Space is limited; advanced reservations may be made a day ahead. All classes run 45 minutes unless indicated. Equipment needed: Headphones and a radio receiver, water, and a towel.

X-Cycle: Cycling meets Cross Training! Participants are on the bike for awhile...off the bike for a wide variety of different activities designed to give an extra cardio push!

Yoga Flow: A yoga practice linking poses in a continuous sequence. Increase flexibility, strengthen & tone your body, and improve balance & coordination. Classes will leave you feeling refresh and energized!
Classic Yoga: A traditional Hatha Yoga practice focusing on increasing flexibility. Emphasis is placed on alignment, mindful breath & deep relaxation. Props are used to modify poses to suit individual needs.
Pi-Yo: A combination of Pilates and Classic Yoga.
Pilates: A unique system of strength training exercises which focus on your core. Your muscles will lengthen as they strengthen to improve flexibility and posture.
All levels are welcome to all classes!
